When I look at the “Sensor Status” page in the Mobile App I only see “Uploading 0%”
If your files are not making any progress uploading this typically suggests an issue with WiFi connection, specifically data transfer over the network. The most common causes and solutions:
- You are using a hotspot that has exceeded its data limit. Check that your hotspot (standalone or mobile phone) has data available, and if using a phone hotspot ensure that “tethering” or the hotspotting feature is allowed by your mobile provider.
- Your WiFi signal strength is weak at your location. It’s possible that the sensor can see and connect to the WiFi network but the connection is not strong enough to actually send the data up. Try getting closer to the router or access point of your WiFi network.
- If your sensor was shipped prior to 2025 and your sensors has not been used since it’s possible that you are experiencing a legacy certificate firmware issue. (See Legacy OTA update)
