“WiFi connection” step fails in WiFi test while setting up the sensor
incorrect Wifi password or very low signal strength or restrictions on WiFi imposed by your IT staff
- This is most commonly caused by an incorrect WiFi password or very low signal strength. Please check that you entered your WiFi password correctly and see that you have 2-3 bars filled white for your network on the “Available WiFi Network” selection list.
- If neither of these resolves the issue and you are sure you entered the correct password, this could be caused by restrictions imposed by your IT staff. Please check if they can allow IoT device connections or alternatively contact turfRad support to get setup with a dedicated hotspot.
