      "Upload Files" step fails in WiFi test while setting up sensor

      OTA Firmware update needed

      This can be a sign of an older firmware version. If your sensor is serial number SN03xx or less and your sensor shipped prior to 2025, you might need to force an Over the Air (OTA) firmware update. 

      1. Go to Sensor Status screen
      2. at the bottom of the screen you find Force legacy OAT update
      3. click Start
      4. You will see OAT Fix Progress click Start
      5. A popup with "Sure To Start OAT fix procedure" pops up click ok.
