- "WiFi connection" Step Fails in WiFi Test During Sensor Setup
Possible causes: Incorrect Wi-Fi password, very weak signal strength, or network restrictions set by your IT department.
- This is most commonly caused by an incorrect WiFi password or very low signal strength. Please check that you entered your WiFi password correctly and see that you have 2-3 bars filled white for your network on the “Available WiFi Network” selection list.
- If neither of these resolves the issue and you are sure you entered the correct password, this could be caused by restrictions imposed by your IT staff. Please check if they can allow IoT device connections, or contact turfRad support to get set up with a dedicated hotspot.
