Sensor doesn't show the "Connect" button on the mobile phone app
These are the few things to try on the mobile phone app if your sensor doesn't show the connect button
- Make sure your sensor has power going to it, the Restart button should show a green light (blue for SN0400 and lower) around it.
- Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Make sure you are located within the Upload Radius (how to configure the radius if not already configured). The Bluetooth on the turfRad is disabled when you are outside of the upload radius and buffer zone. (see upload radius and buffer zone)
- If the blue “Function” LED light is solid, and your facility radius has already been configured, your sensor thinks you are out of the Upload Radius zone, you can force the sensor to connect over Bluetooth by unscrewing the GPS antenna from the sensor and waiting about 10 seconds.
- If the above 4 steps have not resolved the issue try pressing the “Restart” button on the sensor with the GPS antenna unplugged and Logout on the app and Enter again.
