Legacy OTA update

Sensors that shipped prior to 2025 (Serial number less than 400) require a firmware update to overcome major security changes required by our cloud solution provider. If your sensor has not uploaded since prior to 2025 and you have files pending to upload you may need to run the Legacy OTA update procedure in the Mobile App.  

1. Go to Sensor Status screen
2. at the bottom of the screen you find Force legacy OAT update
3. click Start
4. You will see OAT Fix Progress click Start
5. A popup with "Sure To Start OAT fix procedure" pops up click ok.
