What to do if you see an error message while connecting.

If you get the error message “Error while connecting to device”, this can be resolved by following the steps below:

  1. Close the turfRad mobile app (How do I restart the turfRad mobile app).
  2. “Forget this device” from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
    1. iPhone: go to your >Settings>Bluetooth>click on your turfRad>
      You will see "Forget This Device".

  3. Restart the turfRad mobile app and try again.
