"Error while connecting to device" on the mobile app
What do do if you see a error message while connecting
If you get the error message “Error while connecting to device”, this can be resolved by following the below steps:
- Close the turfRad mobile app. (How do I restart the turfRad App)
- “Forget this device” from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
- iPhone: go to your >Settings<Bluetooth>click on your TurfRad>you will see Forget This Device.
- iPhone: go to your >Settings<Bluetooth>click on your TurfRad>you will see Forget This Device.
- Restart mobile app and try again.
